Why a slack channel?
There are other community spaces that provide value to their members. For example, the BigCommerce Devs Slack, Facebook group, and forum. However, only developers are allowed in the official Slack community, some people prefer not to use Facebook, and forums aren't geared towards community discussions.
We believe there's an unmet need for a pseudo-asynchronous community space suitable for all professionals working with BigCommerce daily to support knowledge exchange & community growth.
